ZOS on Class Vision

So a few days ago there was a ZOS comment about wanting each class skill line to be 1 for heal, 1 for tank and 1 for dps, like the warden, and how changes to skills like the new Malevolent Offering(old Agony) were supposed to fit into that theme(Siphoning being the nightblade skill line for heals). Does that mean that ZOS intends for each class to be competitive in all 3 roles as in ''play how you want'', and if that's the case how would it work for example if you want to heal with a stam spec, would you be able to heal your group just as good using medium armor and stamina vs someone using light armor and magicka?

What about the in-game description of classes at character creation? would those still be relevant(assuming they ever were, because for example sorc description makes no sense if you are a stam sorc), are they trying to homogenize the classes? how would a nightblade tank with their supposed reliance on stealth or a stamblade heal when almost the entire siphoning skill line is magicka based? Are they trying to change/homogenize what makes every class different or just trying to make the class not so reliant on those?(for example daedric summoning passives that require pets to work)

I didn't played the beta or anything like that so idk if ZOS ever had some kind of ''vision'' for each class and whether it was on the class as a whole or stam/mag versions, but I'm wondering how the 1 skill line for each role is going to work out.

I imagine ZOS's collective "vision" is something like this...

I am wondering if this is something they're planning to take forward or just something Wrobel did as off-hand comment.

The original classes are semi set up like this already (DK & Templar easiest to see) but part of their charm for me was that they had healing/tanking skills but it was all mixed around.

I dislike Warden because everything is so set in stone, why do I have to be a tank to use ice skills or a healer to use nature skills?
