The use of Mementos in Cyrodiil disabled, YET someone using them?

Ok so I have another conundrum for you. All mementos collected are not enabled in Cyrodiil. I guess everyone knows this by now.

Well appearantly this one guy doesn't know and or never got the memo. Because he's up there using mementos in Cyrodiil.

✭✭✭✭✭thats not a memento, its an item from a festival. If you still have mudballs (not the momento) the item, you can use them.
Thats like a cherry blossom stick or some crapTl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.8 -

✭Mementos cannot be used in cyro anymore due to certain players fragile emotional threshold, which is ridiculous to say the least. Although taking a fictional "bag of tea" and plopping it up and down overtop of someone's corpse is hands down much better than any memento.
