Two ultimates at the same time?

I was running around in the imperial city today and ran into an incredibly powerful sorc. He had 42k health with shields up all the time. Couldn't touch his health.

I was getting hit with 5x shooting stars, dealing 17k damage, and dawnbreakers at the same time. Both from the same player.

Is there a set that allows you to cast two ultimates at the same time?

I don't want to call him on cheating because I'm not all that good, and not very familiar with all the mechanics, but I'd really like to know how this was possible.

I have pics and video if that would help.

No that would be 100% cheating and or lag. I would submit a ticket and give them your evidence there. Posting it here will just get the thread locked for naming and shaming.

Wasn't it an emperor? Or maybe he had "that set what gives resources depending on telvar stones"? Thats the way how you can get so much hp, but can't explain two ults in a row.

If you have a video, put it in that thread It will me much easier for us to say what actually happened.

What you describe sounds like cheating but there are ways to 'spam' ultimates without cheating

Shooting star also gives ultimate back per enemy hit. So if the player was dropping that in a group he /she will get a lot of ultimate back

Paired with sets that increase ult gain, it is possible to gain enough ult back to hit a second ult right away.

42k health and hitting hard while dropping a ton of ults? Had to be Emperor.

This happened three times in a row. Each time was a 1v1 situation where shooting star and dawnbreaker was used each time. He was on the flag and I would spawn and run back to him within 10 seconds.

I just checked and he is emperor. I didn't hear or see the visual que for shooting star, I just walked up on him and blew up.

I'm on console so I doubt this is cheating. I just need to stay away from the emps I guess.

Does emperor give extra ult regen?

Hah, dude, that's just normal Emp

All is legit, that's why you stay away from Emperor, and that's why they called so.
Emp gets +75% to mana/stam/hp, +100% regens, and +100% ult gain.
