Hi all, I have never made a healer before and I want to try it out with my argonian magden but I wouldn't know where to start..
Any advice on this?

Not to be difficult, but healing morphs of skills, healer beneficial gear, and healer beneficial CP's?

The baseline is not too hard to determine.

If you have more specific questions, that's another story.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

Everything lol i don't really know what gear to use, heavy or light? I was thinking akaviri dragon guard for pumping more ulti and troll for a monster set? S&b resto or double staves I don't know really, I've never played a healer part in any game before haha.

    *edit*
I should also mention that this is for small groups not zergs.

My healer is a Templar but I think what I know about PVP healing would still apply.

Let's start with weapons: I run Destro on front bar and resto on my back. The reason I do this is is I like to have at least 3 damage skills on the front and running Destro will allow be to be more flexible between class and staff skills. Although I do have Breath of Life on my front bar. Back bar is resto and I actually "use" this staff more to gain major mending but my skills are largely heal/support oriented: Magicka Rune, shards, healing springs etc. I know our skills aren't the same but I think destro\restro is a good way to go in PVP.

In terms of armor, I would spec it out for survivability because you can't rely on your teammates to protect you the way they often do in PVE. I have done both five heavy and two light and the reverse. I am a vamp so for the moment I am five light and two heavy since the vamp skill gives me mobility to get out of situations. Tanky healers still do the job and do it well too.
Monster sets I am pretty "meh" about currently. Although I haven't used the new Earthgore to judge. Set pieces to use I would recommend looking into the following:

    Kags
    Alteration Master
    Worm cult
    Shacklebreaker
    Seducer
    Torugs
    Lich

I am sure there are more but I can't think of them at the moment. And don't forget to spec for spell damage! This helps with heals.

Anywho, enjoy creating your healer - it can be a lot of fun in PVP!

What weapon traits would you suggest?

@devilsTear I have bounced around over the years in terms of weapon traits. Currently I have sharpened for the destro and defending for the resto. But I think I might go nirn on the destro and infused on Resto.

Okay so I'm thinking 5h 2l since no undaunted destro resto
    1 domihaus
    5 shackle or kags
5 wizards riposte? This is interesting for the debuff on the enemy, I dunno..

Also for cp what do I do? Stack blessed and spell crit? I imagine healers need high regen too?

    *edit*
2 bloodspawn and 5 akaviri dragon guard look appealing too for pooping out trees but like I said I'm noob at this xD

I play as a healer with my MagDen in Cyrodiil, unless I'm in Salty Mode and I'm spamming birds everywhere :p

    My current gear setup is:

    2x Pirate Skeleton
5x Transmutation (remaining armor slots) You can replace this with other good healer sets like Kagrenac, SPC, Gossamer, ...
5x Wizard Riposte (Jewelry, Resto Staff front bar, S&B back bar) When you go to your turtle bar, you can apply the Minor Maim debuff to your attackers. Be sure to put some heals here too.
"Stand strong, stay true and shelter all."

You probably want to run 1 of the good support sets. Worm trans sanctuary SPC ect. Of those trans is arguably the most important if you can only have 1 and you can get away with only back bar. You're other set can be a more self survival set but I would 100% recommend heavy. Seducer kags ebon dragon shalk are all viable. Then I would suggest either earthgore or bloodspawn for your 2 piece.
