Guild Re-Order feature and chat lock function please!

It would be nice if we could have a guild re-ordering feature, and whilst we are at it, would also be nice for guilds if we could have an option that stops us being forced into group chats. This bugs out half the time anyway, and players grouping for trials with their guilds end up having to relog to get chat back up and running.
