Load Screen Issue

Recently I've encountered a weird load screen issue about 3 times now. Seems to happen randomly.
Issue is upon entering a delve, outlaw refuge or the like, the load screen does not go away after completing loading. I am stuck on the loading screen but instead of it "still loading", I can hear sound and ambience (even the pet is making noises). I have to kill the ESO process and restart the game altogether.

Two troubleshooting steps you can take that may help with this issue are running a repair and removing add-ons.
Repair the game client
To repair the game client, open the ESO Launcher, click Game Options, and then select Repair.
Remove any mods or add-ons
