Odd group requests on Xbox NA

On several characters in different zones, I keep getting continuous group requests from trumpwins666 ... while I don't have any problems with the President personally, I think this is either some anti-Trump person trying to *** people off or maybe the guy is running some kind of scam.
This has been going on for about a week. If I play for a couple hours, even when I switch toons, I'll get at least 3 or 4 random group requests from this account, no matter where I am.
Anyone else getting anything like this on xbox na?
