QoL: Increase Mail limit

Increase from 6 to 100 please, would be so much easier sending mass amounts of items IE: Treasure maps.

✭✭I think both would be good - increase the in-box mail limit and also increase the number of attachments you could have in outbound mail. Although making outbound with 100 attachments would be a bit much - maybe 10 or 12.Australian on PS4 NA server.
