queue issues, bar swap issues, stuck in heavy attack issues

Anyone else having queue issues on ps4 na right now? When the queue pops it doesn't give you the option to travel to campaign. Then you have to queue for another campaign leave queue and retry to queue back into the original one you were trying for. Also swapping bars is extremely laggy. Will try to swap bars several times to no avail. Then all the sudden my dude swaps bars like 4 times in a row. Also been having tons of issues with the ole stuck in heavy attack glitch. Cant do any other attacks just makes a jerk motion and no skill fires. All in all the pvp experience has been crap lately.
