81 voucher VANISHED

So I just did a writ voucher for the first time in months because my rng is horrible and I never get anything. However, I finally do one today and get the best one I've ever got and it was worth 81 vouchers. I deposited it into one of my guild banks, then went back to it to withdraw it and the game lagged a little and it said "waiting on previous selection" or something like that and it was doing that forever, so I decided to exit the guild bank. But now the item is not in the guild bank nor is it in my inventory, it has completely vanished. The guild bank history says I withdrew it and everything, but it's not in my inventory. And NO I did not read the writ, it should just be sitting in my bag, but it's not.. Am I able to get my writ back? If not, I'm not bothering doing writs again

Try logging out and back in. I've had things disappear from my bank and reappear with relog.

submit a ticket then mate, ive had similar issues but it was when depositing.

iv done that also. iv talked to 3 different devs now, still waiting to see if I will get my item back

All Customer Support did was beat around the bush and now is completely ignoring me. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Just to clarify, I never got my item back and customer support did not help me.

The issue was resolved, though it took awhile. I didn't get my item back, but got something just as valuable
