To this day imperials still cannot have their own furniture style without paying?

There are still no imperial furniture plan available.

I own the earthtear cavern and bought imperial edition, so I can say I paid quite enough crowns already.
But still I have to buy imperial furnitures with crowns again? Am I getting treated as cash cow or what?

I wanted to make earthtear with 10 quarters, each representing a race's unique building style, and then I realize --- I can't do the imperial style, I can't do the style of my main char unless I pay for it, again.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can we get an answer from this? Why can us imperial players have to pay for these simple things again to furniture in our racial style?

(BTW I know most imperial style furnitures are cheap copy from breton style, but the fact that ZOS think ppl (especially those who already paid for imperial edition) will actually buy these cheap copies with crowns is even more ridiculous)

I second this. Imperial furnishing plans should be available.

If ZOS really concern about non-imperial-edition-owner getting imperial furniture plan drop, they should add a voiceless vendor somewhere who sell imperial furniture plan and only imperial edition owners can see him.

(Voiceless NPC require less work to make, and for ZOS, Remain-Silent already shows how lazy they are)

Currently only imperial furniture you can see in the market are bounty post-imperial man and, big surprise---- imperial light post! with different quality levels! how awesome is that

Also annoying that they have to buy the Imperial motif when all other races get theirs for free.

Umm, no you don't. I've never bought or found the motif and my imperial knows how to make it and has from day one.

Yeah, this is correct. Imperial race characters start with their native motif. Irronically, this is significantly more valuable, if you're looking for a crafter, than the other races.

I really wish the ability to convert gear to the imperial style applied to more than just crafted sets but also overland and even monster sets.

Not only that, but ZOS still hasn't given us "Kvatch-style" furnishings (see all furnishings in Kvatch, Arenthia, Vile Manse, etc.). They had these in the game on the PTS, but then they removed them one day for no reason:

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/314042/why-were-colovian-furnishings-removed-now-imperial-homes-have-no-furniture/p1

On the right, you have the light posts that came with the house on PTS originally. On the left are the white marble ones that you get now and that are a completely different style from the actual house. There is no way to obtain the Kvatch-style furnishings anymore (they don't come with the Imperial houses anymore, nor are they available in the crown store or as blueprint drops).

I have a support ticket from ZoS that says that they don’t and explains to me how I have to purchase the motif. So maybe it’s different for console (which I was I at the time), but that’s certainly how it was after 1T when writs were introduced.

either its for some reason different on console, or whoever was your support person? knows less then John Snow.

now, I created my original imperial on launch, so to test if anything has changed, I literally just created another imperial character. because you see - all character start out knowing a single motif, so if your claim is correct, i wanted to see exactly what she would be starting out with. no motif is not an option as the way intro to crafting quests are structured, require knowledge of at least own racial motif.

and well... on pc, the only motif she knows is imperial. as expected.

now.. back to the topic, the fact that imperial furniture is crown store only is IMO annoying, but at the same time - imperial furniture is essentially grayer version of breton stuff, so... I don't mind AS much. its annoying but not game breaking. for me. however - I DO support any and all effort to fix this disparity.

I can agree that it does not make sense Imperial designs are not available in game.

However, Remains-Silent appears to be an intended design for a shadowy character rather than being silent out of laziness. Zos has demonstrated laziness elsewhere in the game, not there.

Oh, BTW, she told me she would prefer you spell her name correctly. She can speak when she wants to.
