I really have no idea what to do in this game now? Pvp is a cancer fest filled with groups of 30+ trash ***. Dungeons are also kinda stale and they take forever to actually find a group, but when you do finally have a group, you have to pray to the 7 that they know how to attack the boss while also not standing in red circles. Open world I boring. Like I don't really want to run around doing dolmens and anchors. So like I want to play this game, but I just have 0 idea what to do. All advice and tips are greatly appreciated!!!

Well you can be like @Peekachu99 and buy 1100 crown crates. That will keep you entertained for a little bit.

If you want a friend, get a dog.

PVP: find an organized group and wipe the groups of 30+ trash. Or build a bomber and also wipe the groups of 30+ trash. Or play battlegrounds where you can fight 4v4v4 so at least there's a maximum of 12 trash players.

Now, if you find dungeons boring, open world pve boring, questing boring, I'm not sure what you are going to find interesting. Hmmm, you never mentioned trials. Do you have a toon that can participate in trials? If not, you could work towards building a trials ready character.

Otherwise, I'd suggest that you break out of the mold. Pick a player role that you don't know like the back of your hand and try it out. If you normally DPS, try tanking or healing. Changing roles is a good way to change up the dynamic of dungeons and PVP.

Same situation as me for tonight,

PvP is filled with 15+ ball groups cancerous builds running around wiping solo players, bomb blade does nothing to these groups spamming BoL and warden trees as well as retreating manoeuvre. EsO caters to the unskilled zerg mentality.

After 2.5 years PvE is as boring and repetitive, little changes here.

Not as entertaining as you might imagine. Quite boring after #900 or so. Felt like a casino granny with her bucket of coins.

What's there to do in open world mmorpgs?
A lasting leveling experience which takes you around a vast world in which you improve yourself by fighting with groups in new terrains. (lv up).
Periods of 30-40 days at which you must focus on getting/creating proper gear for your level which will carry you on the world for the next 30 levels.
Without it you could not survive/progress.
Claiming your place in the sun (defending your grinding area against an enemy player or his friends. Form companionships. You can't play alone vs the world. Are the enemies too many? Form guilds. Are the enemy guilds too many? Form alliances.

Conquare cities with your alliance. Maintain dominance. If you are not in the dominant guilds, overthrow them. 6month period wars. Maybe a year.

But no.. you wanted fast leveling for solo players. You wanted safe farming so you got instanced dungeons. You wanted protection from other players so you got battlegrounds.

Battlegrounds (Cyrodill is a big battleground of '3 teams') lose their appeal quick as.
    Guild animosity never fades.

    Casual mmorpgs.

Everythings cancer yo, this game, this forum, the youtubers, twitchers, most importantly, the company behind the game. =o. Meanwhile, they light up the cigars they smoke by burning dollar bills obtained from your Crown crates and laugh as they put most ESO funds into Fallout Online.

Join an active guild that fits your playstyle. To get the most out of MMOs it really takes grouping and a good guild is a reliable source for grouping.

Much easier to do dungeons and do not forget trials. Even the rest of the game is more enjoyable when running around with guild mates you enjoy.

I forgot to mention open World bosses/Epic Bosses in open mmorpgs...
You want that gear? Get 20 ppl kill the boss. One of your 20 guild mates will get that sword/helmet/ring.
IF the enemies don't kill you while you fight that world boss.
    Respawn time? 16h.
Ok lads. We got 150 more world bosses on the map. Let's fight our way in one hunting zone/tower/cave/forest/desert through all these challenging monsters, and get to where the world boss is and check if it is alive.
Oh there it is! The enemy guild is raiding alrdy! Kill em. Kill the boss. Good drops!
Aigh alrdht lads. Good day. We got some gear. You go ahead and farm mats and craft your gear and I'll see you tomorrow, ina log off. Good day. My gear set is almost rdy. Then 20 more levels till the next grade. Getting stronger.

Naahh... farming dolmens is much more fun...
Shrine.. horse ride horse ride. Aoe.. aoe.. pretent that the fight is challenging by spamming a different skill on one monster... bored.. aoe aoe.
Woah chest. 20 ppl open it and pray to RnGesus.
Yay got that fotm epic ring...

Although I have fallen off the game lately due to busy schedule, the only thing that kept me going in this game is the social fun of being in guilds. I had a social guild that we just did random stuff in, or helped other players out, an end-game trails guild (I had to drop due to not being able to regularly run trials), and a trading guild.

I'll be honest, if it weren't for friends in this game in guilds, I would not have played for more than a month.

Right now I'm struggling myself to get into the game because I don't run trials (don't log on consistently enough anymore). And since I main healer, the gear needed for those classes hasn't changed much.

I mean, I could literally farm all the sets over again for my warden healer, but that doesn't sound appealing. And trust me, I've run all the dungeons a ton of times (except the latest dlc, but I haven't been playing much and the gear doesn't appeal to me).
Make PC NA raiding great again!

    Down with drama!

If you've come to the point where everything you know to do in this game is just completely not desirable, and you can't think of anything else, then maybe this is the end of the game for you? At least until new DLC and Chapters get released.

Maybe just start going down your Achievement lists and do them one by one.
