My daughter is trying to play ESO on Xbox. It keeps saying Long wait times. How come this is so? We never experienced this before, so would like to understand. Do we get compensated for her ESO+ membership? After all we are paying for something we can't use. If so, how do I do so?
Not complaining, I can understand if this is just glitches in the servers, but it sucks paying for something we can't use. Just like to understand and know the reasoning if we don't get compensated for this.
