Subtitles still not working and MQ start has wrong journal information

Since "Horns of The Reach" update Subtitles option under Audio settings is not working and subtitles are not displayed for NPC conversations.
There were 9 bugfix updates since then and this is still not fixed.
I'm not English native speaker and sometimes I miss some part of NPC dialogue because I don't hear it properly.
Fix it as soon as possible, please.
Also, not really a bug but a big oversight:
First stage in Main Quest chain: "Talk to the hooded figure" has wrong information in journal notes indicating that the player has died, when that happens only 2 quest stages after, after you are knocked down by cultist and sacrificed by Mannimarco. This is because old quest start information is used even for new added quest stages, when now it now should show up only after PC wakes in Coldharbour.
It is very confusing to new players, my brothers were wondering why journal is mentioning something that never happened.
This is very easy to fix and should take minimum of time.

✭My subtitles have never stopped working. Are you using any addons which might interfere with them? E.g. You said English isn't your native language, so do you play with an unofficial translation addon?
I totally agree with the point about the main quest though. "You have died, but that was only the beginning" - before you've even been killed!Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP

@SisterGoat was it moving your subtitles to almost the center of the screen? One of my addons is making that happen and in the end I just got Azurah (?) to move the subtitles box back down haha.
