Dungeon Finder needs new options

The dungeon finder needs and extra set of options, mainly the option to not get grouped into dungeons in progress. I just spent 40 minutes in queue for one of yesterday's pledges. It finally pops and I get put into a group thats already on the last boss which means its impossible for me to get the pledge done. This is just one example but this happens every single day when trying to get pledges done. Legitimately every single day this happens. The number of times I get dropped into a vWGT group stuck at Planar when its the pledge is completely unfair.
There needs to be an option to not get queued into groups that have already done bosses for the pledges. It is not my responsibility to do pledges twice because other groups have failed. You cant even leave the instance because you get punished with a huge penalty timer before you can queue back up. You have to beg them to kick you which is ridiculous. The people whor queue up for random dungeon or opt in to joining dungeons in progress can fill these parties. However, the rest of us should not be punished for other's failures.

✭Or...If you get a random dungeon in progress, you automatically get quest credit for the bosses that have been killed for the pledge. Can ONLY be done through the dungeon finder..joining a guild group already in progress won't count.1 -

Some sort of credit for pledges would be fine. Thats not a bad idea. Its just at the point where I refuse to do some pledges on my DPSs because the long queue times on top of having to do them multiple times. I just stop playing ESO and find something else to do0
