Do you feel duplicates in Crown bundles (e.g. Starter Packs) should be exchangeable?

Recently confirmed via support that if you purchase a bundle that contains a mount/pet that you already own, that item will simply vanish. No exchanges. No rerolls. Nothing.

This isn't okay. Adept Starter Pack is 1k Crowns. White Mane Horse is included in that bundle and is valued at 900 Crowns. Why on earth would I want to spend 1k crowns for 100 Crowns worth of content? At the very least, these duplicates should be exchangeable as they are with Crown Crates (preferably at a much better rate). Buying one of these bundles isn't just a borderline scam, it's practically a punishment for being a returning customer for purchasing that mount previously.

Thankfully, I did my due diligence before buying but I have to wonder how many others made the mistake of assuming duplicates would be replaced.

Simply the original crown price should be reduced based upon what you’re not getting. It even shows what you own so the store knows already

Fair enough. I considered adding that option and a few others but didn't want to make the poll too big.

Problem is, there's better value in that package than you'll get from the new Crown Crates, which is why it's so upsetting that ZOS is apparently packaging the same mount in all of their bundles (that's how I got the White Man horse earlier this year) and not offering an alternative.

I looked at this bundle myself as there are a few things I'd use in it, but as I already have the horse, I just decided not to buy it. I'd buy in a heartbeat if I could exchange the horse for one I didn't have (dapple palfrey, Yokudan charger).
