Are bundled items automatically exchanged if you already own them?

Contemplating buying the Adept Starter Pack but I currently own the White Mane mount. Will the mount automatically be converted to crown gems?

Also, any idea what the conversion rate is for mounts to crown gems? If that mount is only going to net me enough crown gems to buy a potion, then I'm not wasting my money on the bundle at all.

I don't think it will be converted at all, just disappear. AFAIK, only items directly from crates can be converted to gems. Crown store bundles/consumables etc. can't be converted and duplicates don't convert.

EDIT: can confirm from ZOS support that the mount would just poof. Awful.

I understand you are questioning about the Starter Pack, Adept! To answer your question, you will not receive anything if you already have purchased the White Mane Horse. You will gain access to the other consumables, but won't get Gems, Crowns, or another Mount if you already have the White Mane Horse. I hope this helped your concern!

It's not a rip-off to people who don't have it yet. I had the three costumes but I still purchased it for the mount and for 100 extra crowns I got some consumables. Granted, I don't buy consumables, but I had just started a new warden and the price for the riding lessons, potions, poisons, and XP scrolls included was well over the price of 100 Crowns.

Also, it clearly states when you try to purchase it what items you already own and to confirm that you still want to purchase it.
