I just want better lighting in the character creation screen. That dark ship's hold on the way to Morrowind is even worse lighting than the cell in Coldharbor and I didn't think that was possible! It's really hard to tell what color the hair options will be in bright sunlight.

Most of your suggestions make me think that you should open up the Nexus and take a look at Skyrim mods, where you can find most of the options you asked for. I have no interest in your suggestions. (Hint: if you want a female character with increased gold gain, pick an Imperial since that's one of their racial bonuses.)

I'd like it if the height adjustment for all races went further. I only play Bosmer for RP reasons. And I prefer magic characters. . . . I was very frustrated when I couldn't make a tiny Altmer (for the magic) that looked like a Bosmer. Alas, even the shortest Altmer is still a giant. So my tiny magical Bosmer has just had to learn to make do with a tiny bit less blue.

I don't agree that all members of a race have to fit within a fairly narrow box predefined by their race's averages.

Fully customizable characters shape and curves, like BnS and BDO. Just with ESO's graphics.That's all.

1. I want to be able to increase shoulder size without oversizing the torso. My wife has very prominent shoulders and it’s something I’ve always loved about her, so it usually translates into any female characters I create. However, this can only really be accomplished by expanding the torso to absurd sizes. It looks fine if you have the character set at the skinny weight, but looks crazy if you set the weight to muscular.

2. Abs should have their own category and need more prominence on female characters. Attaching it to muscle was stupid. Not everyone with abs is a professional body builder.

Add glasses and more piercings. Visible tattoos on vampire skin and an option to hide vampirism.

I don't want some sick twisted options....
I would like to keep the lore based set up and allow for more curves and muscle to fat mixtures in a noticeable fashion.

Nothing to gross or upset anyone but because these are fantasy worlds, I would like characters to be able to exhibit features real humans have, with the absence of plastic surgery enhancements.

I want them to i corporate hairstyles and what not you get from the crown store into the character creator. Or at the least make it so the hair or whatever we equip doesn't revert to the base hair when we have to equip a disguise for a quest.

I'd make the exact same three characters I always do. I simply hope we'll get some better skin textures one day. And more options for hair colours. And better hairstyles.

definitely the character creation screen needs previews in different environments/different amounts of light, etc

- more hair styles, more hair colors etc

I would use each and every option that supported my various character concepts! Tjough admittedly, most of them are pretty "realistic" within the context of the setting...

What I would want from an "enhanced character creation system" would be more and more options in general - even if some of them were behind a paywall. Yes, even the options of a somewhat questionable kind. Even the ones I myself wouldn't use... I want to see more character diversity!
From halfbreed characters that have race-uncommon skin or hair colorations to super-skinny "scarecrow" like sorcerors, from fat friars throwing their weight around to titanborn nords who may or may not be related to Lyris, from back-strainingly endowed ladies to petite apprentice boys fresh out of magic school, from super-muscular orcs you wouldn't like when angry to dwarves (not dwemer) that drink wine and know things, from mointain men almost as hairy as a khajiit to androgynous bards that can pass for either male or female depending on their attire... I want to see all those kinds around tamriel, and more!
