@Lirkin there are thousand ways to answer this question.
which weapons do you use? And skills?

You obviously need to find a way to lower your dmg taken by either go more defensive or offensive.
    what lvl are you?

    Get a better healer!

What is your health, how much physical/spell resistance do you have, what type of armour are you using. As others are saying, people need to know before they can help - what is race, are mag/stam, are you templar, NB, DK or Sorc, what level are you?

If you keep dying but have plenty of Magicka/Stamina, then you need more health or health regen, or a self heal ability. If you are in all light armour, switch a couple of pieces out for heavy. Put health recovery enchants on jewelry. Are you using food, if so is it max health or does it include health recovery. Are you using potions?

So many questions, so little time.

Two skills, Volley, then spam Power Extraction. If you want, Deadly Cloak also helps.

I'm currently leveling a stamina NB (level 27 now). I used The Lord mundus stone and eat +health food. Also use heavy armor for chest and legs. Having a big health pool helps a lot. Also get good at dodging. And have the highest level of health potions in your quick slot.

Head into PVP and unlock Vigor. Non Vet PVP is much easier to level in, especially for inexperienced players.

if you are wearing 5pcs of medium - use evasion...

since you won't need magicka for cloaking - try slotting mirage...

vigor, strife, sap essence should help with healing...

don't forget to suck down some pots for health or stamina regen...

If specced right, it's not. You just need to take the healing morphs. Killer's blade (assasin), Blood Craze, and Bloodthirst (dual Wield), and Funnel Health(siphon). Deadly cloak will reduce AoE damage by 20%. Try to get a 5pc Bahahra's Curse set. You'll be damn near indestructible.

    Dual Wield
    Ultimate:
    Rend: (Morph of Lacerate)
    • Slash all enemies in front of you, dealing [x] Physical Damage over [16] seconds and healing you for [50]% of the damage done.
    • Increases the duration.
Blood Thirst: (Morph of Flurry) - Spammable
    • Flood an enemy with steel, battering them with five consecutive attacks that each deal [x] Physical Damage.
    • The final hit deals 300% more damage and heals you for 60% of the damage caused.
    • The final hit heals you for a percentage of the damage caused.
Blood Craze: (Morph of Twin Slashes)
    • Slice enemy with both weapons to cause deep lacerations, dealing [x] Physical Damage and causing them to bleed for an additional [y] Physical Damage over 9 seconds.
    • You also heal for [z] Health every 2 seconds for the duration.
    • Also heals you while active.
Deadly Cloak: (Morph of Blade Cloak)
    • Create a ring of floating razors around you, dealing [x] Physical Damage to all nearby enemies every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
    • The razors also shield you from shrapnel, reducing the damage you take from area of effect attacks by 20%.
    • Increases the damage.

    Assassination
Killer's Blade: (Morph of Assassin's Blade) - Finisher
    • Thrust a caustic blade with a lethal precision to stab an enemy, dealing [x] Disease Damage. Deals 300% more damage to targets at or below 25% Heath.
    • Heals you for 17% Max Heath if the target dies within 2 seconds.
    • Converts to a Stamina ability and deals Disease Damage. Also heals you if the target dies within 2 seconds.

    Siphoning
Funnel Health - (morph of Strife)
    • Steal an enemy’s life force, dealing [x] Magic Damage and healing you and 1 other nearby ally for 25% of the damage inflicted every 2 seconds for 10 seconds.
    • Heals yourself and 1 other nearby ally.

When i am running through a public dungeon
I am often using my bow and kiting around light attack trying to fuel the relentless focus then charging it again.

Basically I start the fight with endless hail then I keep the mobs inside the hail whille I fire the light attacks.
    Then poison injection the excute.

I do have Rally and Vigor as my heals though, also I have a bunch of Junk Hp poitions I carry around.

The ultimate Soul harvest can be quickly and repeatedly charged and don't forget to use it whenever it is up. I personally use Onslaught which can just carve through a mob.

This, you would want caltrops to, its an very good ranged AoE damage. Also go for the healing option for twin slashes.
As a lvl 27 stamblade I have no issue soloing dolmens, heavy chest rest except one piece is medium.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Steel tornado, deadly clock, vigor. Public dungeons are easy to solo with a stamblade. For even easier way. Soul harvest on front bar and devouring bats on you back bar. Pull all mobs then cast bats. Than immediately switch to front bar and soul harvest will give you 10 ultimate every kill so basically endless bats if done right. Happy hunting.

I find Mark Target/Reapers Mark to very useful when fighting Public Dungeon trash groups. I Mark one mob before attacking, don't attack them individually, but make sure they get a full share of all the aoe damage I 'm putting out initially. After a few seconds the marked target will die, giving you a big heal and big damage boost.

Once the melee fighters in the group are all down I then go into the mark - kill, mark - kill rhythm on individual archer/spell slinger mobs using blood craze to keep the healing coming in.
