Writs : I assume you mean crafting
Again a single character can have any and all professions in ESO
So why multiple toons ?
Builds : What do you mean by this ?
Dailies : This is nothing but gold right ?

I'm never satisfied with what I create and always try new characters. I do this in every MMO. With 13 in ESO, 26 in SWTOR and many spread across multiple servers in WoW. Once I get to a certain level I don't delete.
In WoW, we had classes which were designed for a particular role in the holy trinity (tank , heals, dps).
For example Shaman class cannot be a tank at all and Warrior class cannot be a heals at all.
But correct me if I am wrong , with the exception of high end PVE stuff like vet trails, all classes can perform any of the 3 roles efficiently in ESO.
Also ESO’s leveling is more story oriented than others as such once you experience the story/lore/content you do not need to do the same quest again.
So why folks level multiple alts ?
