Racial Ultimates?

Just found this on Youtube, I am not very well versed in lore, but is this something that can come in ESO's future?

    We had them in beta, but they were removed in later beta tests for some reason...

    Here's the info from back in time. Some of these looked cool but obviously needed work on:
    If I recall, non-disclosure agreement was still in effect at the time of racial ultimates, so it is a bit difficult to dig up.

    Managed to come across a fansite forum page from September 2013 that listed the following as information released at a PAX though:

    Argonian
    Ultimate: Histskin - Health regen increased by 100 for 15 sec.

    Dark Elf
    Ultimate: Ancestral Guardian
    15 seconds, activated can taunt

    Nord
    Ultimate: Battle Cry 7% AE damage increase anyone in area, activated


    Further in the thread also lists the following without refrence:

    Breton
    Ultimate
    Dragonskin - Absorb magic damage up to 50

    Redguard
    Ultimate
    Adrenaline Rush - Increase stamina regeneration by 100 for 15 seconds

    Orcs
    Ultimate
    Bezerker Rage - Increase damage by 50% for 15 seconds

    Bosmer
    Ultimate
    Command Animals - Summon animal aid for 15 seconds

    Khajiit
    Ultimate
    Reflexes - Increase movement speed by 20 for 15 seconds

    Altmer
    Ultimate
    Highborn - Increase in magic regeneration by 100 for 15 seconds

    I did not need even to read them to know redguard ultimate would again be some OP sustain bs like they werent best at it since forever and bosmer some stupid skill nobody would want or use. How times did not change...

    Don't forget, at the time of these abilities they were removed before the game even launched.

    Also they had soft caps on most of your stats. If you hit a certain amount you got capped and anything else you added had severe diminishing effects.

    Also remember that stats used to be 1/10th what they are now, so those regen 100 ultimates would be 1000 regen today.

    Lol. The Altmer ult would be 1k magicks regen now.

    But seriously, much of that is lack luster and do not really see a need. Just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be.

    I know, I meant it more in a way that it is funny that 3 year old beta, pre beta time ultimates would even in this age enhance the meta races and made fun of the offmeta. It is poetic.

    Would be kind of cool. BUT I don't know how you keep them diverse as the races and balanced. We're going to find if one is very effective Everyone will be that race. If one sucks *** nobody will choose that race to play. So while I like the idea It just seems a recipe for disaster if it's not done right.

    agreed, that would really force each race into very specific roles.

    That's what got me thinking...Would be amazing in PVP when a Zerg comes up against small Bosmer suicide group.

    I think bosmer is only one who lost though as others are rehashed. It would nice if bosmer got lore friendly boost when using pets.

    Yes adding Animal companion passive as well as a buff to Archery for Bosmers is very much needed, rather than just stamina regen.
