Won't let me buy crowns...

I've been attempting to purchase crowns since last night with both my account and a prepaid OneVanilla MasterCard and still get the message "Your payment was not authorized..."

I tried all the fixes relating to this topic, including the JavaScripts activation, another payment method, and even another computer but none of it worked.

I've already contacted the bank and the customer service for the prepaid card but neither confirmed a pending transaction or listed any issues with the payment method.

I've tried the information for both methods on all the Crown Packs.

It's not the Billing information. I've checked, double checked, and triple checked that.

The prepaid card IS registered with my ZIP Code so it is valid for online use.

Can I please get some help with this? It's bothering the heck out of me.

    Use PayPal, can't use gift cards.

    I've used a prepaid VISA before. And again, it's working with neither that nor my bank account.

    Someone else had this issue. Sounded like their bank didn’t like this vendor.

    The visa gift card ...not sure how that works but on the card the bank info may need to be changed on a website first or your ZOS info may need to be changed

    Which is odd. I've never had an issue buying crowns before. And as far as the prepaid cards go, it's a simple matter of registering a ZIP Code via telephone in order to make use of it online. I did it with one maybe a month and a half ago with no issues. I've already put in a support ticket and received a comment saying they'd send the case to a specified team but it's still frustrating. There shouldn't be any reason that my payment methods wouldn't work. For prepaids, it's not like it's a bank that has problems with a vendor, it's simply one service interacting with another. And for my bank, I do have a withdrawal limit on my current checking account for online purchases, but I've already doubled checked prior to make sure I wasn't exceeding that. And let me tell you... I wasn't...
