Rush Hour Madness - Huge Lag Spikes Recently.

First things first, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have no other lagging issues in other online games at any time but ESO towards afternoon to evening? Simply UNPLAYABLE.
We tend to do trials and our daily pledges as a guild towards 8pm and we keep on disconnecting with 999+ ping occuring every 5 seconds.
Things I have personally tried so far,
-Resetting my router with flushing DNS (not using a specific one)
-Repairing the game
-Disabling Windows Update & Defender (Not using a 3rd party Antivirus Program)
-Disabling All Addons
-Adding specified ports to my router
-Disabling everything connected to my wireless connection (a couple smartphones)
-Closing down all applications that requires internet connection (skype, teamspeak, steam, origin, discord etc.)

Yet, I couldn't find a solution that would slightly improve the things. Game is just fine late at night and in the mornings but the rush hour? The title says it all, MADNESS.

It is pure and simple over capacity. Mainly happens at peak time, then is fine later when it is quieter.

Your PC/hardware/drivers do not suddenly stop working during peak times and then start working again EVERY day, it is their end, anyone who can type their name into a keyboard can see this.

Thankfully the threads and complaints are getting more and more and louder and louder so eventually we MAY get a response, a fix, or even an admittance that they cannot do anything about it...

The only boon might be that lots of newer people quit because they end up having enough of the problems which would benefit those who stay. Not ideal, but may be the only solution at this point...
Still in the queue, spamming "F"...
