Login issues NA/PC

Hey,
I am trying to login for an hour now. I get to character screen, if lucky, and then it kicks me back to login.
I tried repairing the launcher, restart, etc...anyone else experiencing this atm?
I get several errors from 108, 200, 208 to 400 or so.
