in cyrodiil and when I get close to my group, they are invisible.

Pureliquidacid
I'm not the only having this issue occur, i see in the forums other have this issues. The issue is the when my guild invite me to a group so I can play with them in cyrodiil and when I get close to them, they are invisible. I've this issue occur to me when I'm doing dungeons with my friends and i see them invisible. The way i fix the issue is to left the dungeon and travel to them;however, in cyrodiil you can't travel to player. I would appreciate if you guys look into this .
-Thank you.

Sounds like you are in a different campaign from your group.

This happens in pve out in the rest of the world when the zone is busy enough to have generated another phase/instance. You can see the group member on screen indicators moving around, and even apparently fight the same enemy with them, but they are technically in another version of the zone.

The only easy way to fix it is port to group member, so long as you are in the same campaign. The other way is to leave cyrodiil or enter the imperial city sewers and go back out, but still campaign locked.

If you in the same campaign, then the invisibility should be temporary. Using a transitus shrine or simply waiting should eventually let your group members load. This usually happens to me on nights when my lag is pretty bad, so patience is best. You can still stick with the group if you have nameplates or the group chevrons visible.

Now, please check to make sure you are in the correct campaign. If you get to your group and they are not there, period, then you are in the wrong campaign. I've seen that happen before, where we were telling someone we'd captured a keep and they were looking at another campaign's map where that keep was in enemy hands. It happened accidentally when we'd switched from our usual campaign in the middle of a raid night and they wanted to join up late. It can look like you are with your group, i.e. eveyone's chevrons are in the ground, but it becomes clear that your group is not actually present about the time you get into combat.
