Anyone else with game client's "Play" button not working after today's patch?

Hi all,

Is anyone else having this issue? I tried repairing, rebooting, everything, but clicking the Play button still does nothing.

It only works if I change the game client to 32-bit (uncheck the 64-bit option) but if I play the game in 32-bit it crashes to Windows every few minutes (unplayable) with no error.

I use Steam, so I need/want to go through the client. I mean, I'd like to fix the issue, REGARDLESS if I can try to play the game not using the client.

Any ideas/help?

    I'm still updating, I will update you once it's done, as I too play through Steam with 64 bit OS

    Hmm the game started fine for me, what version of Windows are you using? I'm using Windows 7

    I'm using Windows 10.

    I tried to lauch the 64-bit file manually (eso64 file in client folder) but it gives me an error message stating that Windows cannot access the file. This WAS NOT happening before today's patch.

    It looks like, after the patch, something happened with the 64-bit version of the game since I did anything on my side other than applying today's patch.
