New PvP skill lines

So I've been hearing that ZoS is trying to makes changes to certain skills and abilities that will have slightly differed effects and what not, so that it is balanced in PvP and will also remain the same or as close to the same as is in PvE, thus to prevent 'nerfing' of certain skills/skill lines.

My thought is, if you want the PvP experience to be fair, balanced, and unique to the game and have the awesome PvE experience remain unchanged, why not just seperate the skill lines entirely, invent a new system that encapsulates the PvE skill lines into new revamped PvP skill lines. They have the Two PvP skill lines now that are still great to have in PvE content and are basically necessary for stam dps builds. But like why.. Just stop trying to be delicate and trying to make everyone happy by doing ridiculous things, PvE is *** great, PvP is so-so at best, BattleGrounds can have its moments, with a good preformed team, its just a race to the top of the leaderboards.. But for the solo player there isn't much hope of ever getting there. Stop dicking around and make PvP as glorious as it should be. Find a way to seperate the two, that is realistic and rewarding to the player. Give the PvP a really starting quest line that reflects the PvE main quest line. Just make it work yo.

    Games should always be balanced around pvp, then pve content be created around that balance, it is the easiest approach, but seems to elude the logic of mmo devs.
