[HUGE BUG]VOICE CHAT has been glitching for 10 days! ZOS, R U going to fix it?

My 1st character can't switch voice channel. Now, it has only area chat. It only happens in my 1st character, the other characters have no problem. This bug has been existing more the 10 days. I logged A ticket 5 days ago, but hasn't got any response yet. R U going to fix it, ZOS?

If Xbox, turn off unplug and restart. This is my usual fix.

Tried, didn't work. And now, all my characters have voice chat problem.

I had this issue too I have to log out then unplug everything. Then before restarting plug everything back in and then start up xb again. This works 50% of the time XD.

I'm so use to seeing in guild chat "mic screwed up can't talk and don't feel like restarting."
