Undaunted skill line can't progress past level 9 Xbox One

So for probably a week or two, maybe more I have been having issues where my undaunted skill line is not showing progression to level 10 at all. Bar remains empty at 9. Not sure what is up but been turning in dailies and doing vet runs on hard mode.
