Staff heavy attack questions

Without any passives involved how much Magicka does a heavy ice staff return and also what's the amount of time it takes to fire a heavy attack? All the information I'm finding is 2015 and I know stuff changed recently

As for the Heavy Attack time, it all depends on if it's fully charged or not. Figure on 1 to 2 seconds for that.

As for the Return of Magic, I need to look into that, as some of my characters can fill their bar up with 3 HAs, while the one I was on last night barely nudged the bar.

All this is to say, you need to get an Ice Staff and just try these things out. Even on the Consoles, the flying numbers should tell you what you need to know.

Yes I'm a tank. The flying numbers don't show me my resource return. I'm trying to find the exact resource and the exact time because I'm trying to determine if recovery or heavy attacks would be better for my build

Should be 2.2 seconds for a fully charged animation for a destro staff. you can anim cancel before if you use ice or fire.

for regen I have no idea.
