I'm sorry if it seems obvious, but there were several people in chat this morning who hadn't checked the icon as they thought they would receive the crates via mail."I'm going to live forever..or at least die trying"

✭✭✭Did you open up the crown crate section to check, or where you expecting a mail? I ask because it seems a lot of people where expecting them in form of mail, but they are just added to the crown crate section. Insandros✭✭✭✭sound stupid but were you looking at the right place, a guildy last night bothered me 5 minutes asking question about it while i was in a pledge, to end up not looking at the right place for the crates.
You need to be in the menu where you open crates with the gambler kahjiit, not the crownstore menu.... we never know, she might not be the only one going at the wrong place. Edited by Insandros on September 28, 2017 12:06PM0
