Tips to make Warden bear hold aggro

I always use "Command Pet + LA" to make my Warden bear attack the mob first.
I wait till the mob is about 70% of HP before I spam my Racer.
It works well many of the attempts but not all as such I am interested to know if there are any other tips that can make our bear hold aggro.
