Can you use attunable station on another attunable station?

For example, say I want to set an attunable station to a particular set that requires completing a quest. Can I go to a friend's house who already has that station and use that to set my own attunable station?

✭The tuning is actually towards the place, not tables. You can stand anywhere in a set crafting place and tune all three.
I noticed that in some places, e.g. IIRC vampires in Alik'r i couldn't tune in front of one table, but had to search a bit where game accepted the tuning.On hiatus.
