Vvardenfell Vvolumes -- missing books

I'm trying to complete this collection in Eidetic Memory. There are two books that were supposedly given to me during various Divine quests but I probably didn't read them. I've tried to go back to the places where the quest giver hands you the books but I can't find them now. Are all books randomly available in bookshelves or am I SOL ever completing these volumes now that I have finished the quests. The two books I am missing are:

Magister Otheri's Research Journal

✭✭✭✭✭Normally when a book or note is a quest item or locked in an instance ZOS will place a version somewhere else in the world when the quest is completed.
This doesn't happen for all of them right away (some get missed) and they slowly get patched in. I am not sure on the specifics of which ones in Vvardenfel are available and which aren't (if any).@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
