Should we have a Castle on the water where everything is set to the eyes of the beholder. The best part of it is a bridge laid out for entry for all to come and go and enjoy the show of the Sea.

I'm not quite sure what you're going for. Everything is "eyes of the beholder." There's a lot of houses that I hate, that many people love. (especially Argonian poop huts). I'd love a castle on the water though, that would be cool. Kind of why I'm a little upset I missed the Linchol Grand ManorYes, I do heartily repent. ✭YesNope. Hundings and Daggerfall are next to the water. That is, on the beach/above the coastline, not on (which would mean directly over) the water.
