Hadran's Fall quest in Reaper's March--devs need to look at this please.

There's a long thread here that I didn't want to necro. Basically, Azum gives you this quest, and you do what she tells you to do that will help you and her alike, and then she helps HER ENEMY instead of you at the end and it makes absolutely zero sense. It has apparently made zero sense since 2014, so clearly the old thread didn't get any ZOS attention onto the issue. How do I flag something to get someone to look at it? It's not a bug, it's just...really dippy, and not up to the standards I expect from ESO stories. This plot hole is big enough to sail a ship through.

EDIT: (It's really not that complicated - maybe you just ran into her first, but she doesn't give the quest, it is given by Sind who wants you to rescue his boyfriend. Azum makes out as though she is helping you, but she is partners with Hadran, the quest's "bad guy". There's nothing wrong with the quest (although if Azum can also give the quest as well as Sind, maybe that ought to be removed).

It's a two-part quest. The second part of the quest, which requires you to fight your way through quite a few badguys and release captives bound for the slave market, is given by Azum, who tells you that she doesn't like the slave trade part of this, it's messing things up, and if you kill Hadran it'll be doing her a favor. She directs you to a box of uniforms to take to the captives to help them escape. This is why it makes no sense for her to be with Hadran at the end fight.
