The Champions at Rawl'kha

I am looking for info on the quest: The Champions at Rawl'kha. Given by: Shazah in Khaj Rawlith, a quest instance. I received the quest A Door Into Moonlight from her inside the instance, not this one.

Here is the UESP Wiki info on A Door Into Moonlight, from which you apparently receive the next step in the questline depending on your progress through the zone. http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:A_Door_Into_Moonlight

I believe it is necessary to complete the quests at Fort Grimwatch and Arenthia before you are sent to Rawl'kha, at which point you get the quest The Champions at Rawl'kha.

Reaper's March quest chain is a pain to navigate. You only get The Champions at Rawl'kha if you have already completed Stonefire Machinations in Arenthia, and A Door Into Moonlight, by the time you complete Fort Grimwatch.
