LF trader's guild with no major requirements

Title says it all. Looking for a good trader's guild. Doesn't have to be major, just no major upfront costs. My current guild had a trader but it's a PvP guild regularly. I don't make that much. I can afford a little above the bare minimum regularly. This is a game, not a job. I want to keep it as such.
