I don't remember seeing this hair style without the dye before.
Have I missed it ?

Unless my memory betrays me, no. They haven't released the undyed version of that haircut.

The image refers to it as "Unruly Bangs." The dyed version came out with the crates (as "Magenta Rainbow Hair"), but maybe the non-dyed version is the same style. The image says "Purchased in Crown Store," so maybe that's a good sign that it hasn't been missed - just hasn't been offered. I personally have my eye on "Ragged Royal Page Cut" for one of my characters, so maybe there's still stuff in the works despite September's Crown Store Showcase being a bit on the slim side.

Thank you for this information, so I just need to wait for the day I will see "UNruly bangs" in the crown store show-case.
About september being a "week month", it looks like there is always a week month after a DLC realise.
