Can't launch through Steam

When I try to Launch ESO through Steam I get ''This application has Unexpectedly Quit'' ''Invocation of this Java Application has caused an Invocation TargetException. This application will now exit. (LAX)
I've updated Java so at this point I don't know what to do. Zenimax/Bethesda support actually gave up... ¬_¬
