How to disable chat window minimizing at guild stores?

How to reproduce
1) Visit any Guild Store
2) Open Store
3) Chat Window minimizes

Have already tried disabling all addons. This seems to be a recent hidden update

But you can just click the arrow to maximize it again.

I thought it had always been this way.

It's annoying when I visit many guild stores at one go. Any add-on maybe?

This is driving me crazy as well. It does it while you're decorating too and didn't used to. Sure, all you need to do is click a button, but it's an unneeded tedious step when you need to click said button repeatedly in order to hold a conversation while decorating or shopping.

I use an addon to control visibility of chat window with a key. I use Z to show/hide window.
