Depends. If you stack regen it could be. The removal of sneak speed is great if you gank a lot or just for getting quickly into keeps that are under siege. You will take a lot of extra damage from dWnbreaker and magdks are a death sentence.

My Stam woodelf, vamp NB is fun to play in pvp I'm currently sitting at 34k max Stam 3.5k recovery 62% critical and 4.2k weapon damage full buffed

I think it is good.. having that sneak speed is so useful for achieving gank.
You will just die super fast when you get hit with eye of the storm basically no time to react.

Are you are gank blade? yes
Are you not a gank blade? depends, on your gear and how much you want regen and are you willing to die for it.

If you like it, it's worth it. You'll need to pay more attention to mitigation; mistakes are deadlier. But a stupid NB is a dead NB anyway.

I dont know how , but the classes with no vamp way more tanky in pvp

have 3 templars , 1 clean others vampire
have 4 dk , 1 clean , 1 ww , 2 vamp

both clean classes way more tank

It is totally worth it . Improved sneak speed , mist form escape and mag/stam regen . You just have to play smart .

bothy my bosmer stam nb and dunmer mag nb are vampires. It's great ^^
