Magsorc still going strong tho, Ayyyyee!
I play a NB... and it's not that big of a deal.
Of course I also played a Ranger in EQ and a Ret Pally during Burning Crusade, so maybe I'm not the best person to ask.
Agony is about as useful as the Alchemy passive, "snakeblood" I've NEVER put a point into it.

Agony will probably be terrible, but it's hard to say until we get dem stats--it's not unlike a second Guard, so could have some fun uses for tanks (in PvP) that thrive on damage taken.

Still fantastic for Destro magblade
It's just another low blow to the DW magblade playstyle. Was hard enough to play it as it is - now one of our main tools of shaking opponents is not as effective anymore, making things even more difficult

As a melee templar, I'll trade you my javelin for new fear : P
Obviously it's a nerf, but it's still one of the best CCs in game. Possibly second only to WW transformation.

thats a bad train of thought imo.
instead of wanting melee magblade nerfed info further inviability, wouldnt you prefer being buffed toward viability?

In regards to the Agony change... Literally nobody has played with this new change yet so let's not cry the sky is falling quite yet? Wait I forgot these are the ESO forums, where a drop of rain hits the ground and everyone around goes into a panicked frenzy.
Edit: My brain is already thinking of ways the new Agony ability could be used to curious effects... Maybe on a heavy armor character to keep the constitution and wrath ticks going?

It's been that way ever since beta, "Play as you like" as long as you wear a pretty skirt and wave a wooden stick.
