vAA The Mage Bug - NO AXES

Hello!
So while my guild was running vAA no HM, we got to last boss and she did not spawn properly! She got stuck halfway trough her normal position. Also we noticed that some mechanics were not working as intended such as:
Unfortunately, I cannot tell what caused this bug and I only started recording in the middle of the fight.

I also wanna note that the Frost Atronach guys, right at the start of the Trial, mysteriously disappeared right after they spawn although this one happened on our second run.

- There was no axes spawn and she got stuck on her dialogue - quite a remix there!
- There was no chain lightning damage.
