ESO+ free card pack code didn't work and customer service online help has no send button?

as title says i filled in the field, attached an image of the code but theres no send button making the form kind of pointless...
PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

    there is no submit button this is exactly what the topic is about...

    sorry about quality, derped the crop, also blanked out account info for security reasons, code is still there because it's invalid hence my complaint.

    Is the submit button missing if you try the web assistant in a different browser? You should also try clearing your web browser’s cache, cookies, history, temporary files, form data, and active filters as well.

    i know you have to follow a script, so not gunna be angry with ya but yes i'v done all this, chrome and ugh "explorer" are the same, neither show the button.
    on a related note but slightly off topic if you go for hardware based support theres no back button either, had to refresh the page :p

    i'm wondering if the morrowind update moved the button UNDER the form some how, only thing i can think of as the only thing that changed since then and earlier versions of the web helper is how it looks
