ZOS probably feels like they can't win... they went from very few, to too many, but just learning from that.
NON CP--
1 10-14 day campaign

That would probably match the population nicely. I know you currently don't have a 10 to 14 day campaign. I am in 3 large guilds, this discussion comes up all the time... a 30 day is long, one person gets emperor, builds a giant lead in AP and that is it.--- 7 day, lacks urgency, who cares if you lose. 10-14 would probably be the perfect compromise
