There's been some talk about how ZOS should teach players how to play their game. It could be an assistant like a banker, merchant, or a smuggler to teach players about combat mechanics.
Maybe go to one of the guilds & talk with an instructor then you'll meet with them somewhere (arena?) where any type of scenario could play out. It could be a specialized trainer for a dungeon/trial role like being a tank, healer, or damage dealer. At the end of these sessions the instructor/trainer would give recommendations/quests to further hone your playing skills. Also they would give a summary of the session like damage taken, healing done. damage done, successful blocks/dodge rolls.
In these sessions the player would learn about resource pools, resource management, weaving attacks, suggestions on armor, weapons. enchantments, potions, provisions, and getting some type of reward.
There could be an economy surrounding training assistants like spending/earning some type of token or gold (like crafting writs?)
If the focus is on PVP then you could battle guild mates or random PUG (sounds too much like battlegrounds though).
A personal trainer could be bought in the crown store but probably a nerfed version like the banker or merchant (no rewards?)
The nerf to intelligent internet discussion still hasn't been resolved.
The problem with above average intelligence is that you're treading a sea of idiots.
