If you leave arena even for a tiny bit, you won't get any points. Plus, to get weekly reward you have to be within 100 best players that week (in particular class) so even if you waited few hours within arena, you score would be like 80 or 100, while the cutoffs are usually somewhere near 500k .

dude, for the last few weeks, templar board only has like 60, u clear u get rewards.

I'm not an oracle to know your class. People usually do vma on a sorc, as it's probably the most forgiving and easiest class there. I assumed that's the case, because you asked about an obvious thing. The other statement still stands, though. To get any score, you have to complete it in one, uninterrupted run. You can't leave, you can't logout (though DCs don't count as logouts and you can get back in within few minutes max to not loose the score).
