Prevent any interaction between Chroma and the game client?

I have ESO disabled in Chroma Apps, and while this has stopped the game from changing my colors, my keyboard still flashes a few times when opening or closing the game and when logging in or out of characters. I also get a strange bug where if I lock my computer and log back in, the game will have crashed. Going by the files the Windows crash report directed me to, it's an interaction the game client, ESO64.exe and the Razer Chroma SDK, RzChromaSDK64.dll.
Is there any way to just flat out prevent these programs from interacting with each other period? ZOS really needs to give us a second option of disabling Chroma in UserSettings.txt so it stops checking Synapse every time I open the game or switch characters to see if it's enabled or not.
