Cannot launch game getting windows error

When I hit play on the launcher I get the two errors below. I have been getting these errors on and off for the last month, but I always did a launcher repair and it fixed the problem. Now I keep getting these errors even after I repaired the launcher and cannot log into the game. Anyone have any idea what this is or how to fix?

ZOS_BilladminDo you get this error if you launch the game from the 64-bit client? You can manually launch the executable file (ESO64.exe) from your ESO install directory. This error could be related to issues with the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Please go here for the 2015 update.
